These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the MOODS website, web app and desktop app (the “Service”), provided by MOODS TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“MOODS”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. The Turkish version prevails in case of any conflict.
1. Who can use MOODS
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the Service with your parent’s or guardian’s knowledge.
- People whose accounts were closed for serious violations may not create new accounts.
2. Your account
- Keep your details accurate and your password secret. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- Tell us right away if you notice unauthorised activity.
- Do not pick a username that impersonates or misleads.
3. Using the Service
Use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms and the Community Guidelines. In particular, do not harass, threaten or spread hate; share unlawful content or infringe others’ rights; spam or create accounts or collect data with automated tools without permission; try to bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt the Service; or share malware or deceptive links.
4. Your content
- You own what you post. To run the Service you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to store, display, transmit and technically transform (for example resize) your content. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to reasonable technical delays and legal retention duties.
- You confirm you have the rights needed for what you post.
- Your community messages may remain visible as “Deleted user” after you delete your account, to keep conversations intact.
5. Communities and admins
Community owners and admins set and enforce their own rules, which may not conflict with these Terms or the Community Guidelines, and must use moderation tools fairly.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content and warn, temporarily restrict or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Where possible we tell you what we did and why. You can appeal at hi@moods.gg.
7. Changes to the Service
We keep improving MOODS and may change, add or remove features. If we shut down a significant part of the Service, we give reasonable notice so you can download your data.
8. Intellectual property
The MOODS name, logo, interface and software belong to us. These Terms give you the right to use the Service, not other rights in our brand or software. For press use, see the press kit.
9. Limitation of liability
We work to run the Service reliably but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Users are responsible for the content they post. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account in the app settings at any time and restore it by signing in within 30 days.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes where you act as a consumer, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction within the statutory limits.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and announce significant changes in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
