You do not need to give explicit consent to use MOODS. Processing needed to provide the Service relies on the contract and other legal bases (KVKK Privacy Notice). The processing below happens only with your explicit consent. Refusing or later withdrawing consent never stops you from using the Service. The Turkish version prevails in case of any conflict.
Processing that needs your consent
1. Anonymous visit measurement on the website
If you choose Allow analytics, the pages viewed, the referring site and your device and browser type are processed anonymously by a privacy-friendly analytics tool running on our own servers, so we can understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
2. Transfers to providers abroad
If a provider’s servers are abroad and none of the other safeguards in KVKK Article 9 can be applied, we ask for your explicit consent for that transfer separately in the app, showing which data goes to which provider, in which country and why.
